New To Forums, Great Business Developer, Seeking Partnerships

Hi everyone. My name is Andrew, and I am a 23 year old serial entrepreneur from Boise, Idaho. I stumbled upon these forums today while doing a little bit of research for a new business that I am in the process of building from the ground up. To be honest with you, a large majority of the posts on these forums are complete garbage. Most of it is genuinely trash. Either the post is a blatant scam, or somebody is boasting/lying about their accomplishments. I just didn't like the way that it felt when I was reading through the posts. Like everything is just a hoax. Hopefully not, and here's where I want to give this community the benefit of the doubt. I am VERY serious, VERY aggresive, VERY smart, and VERY adept at building businesses. I am currently working with a well established General Contractor here in the Boise area on several residential projects to be completed before the year's end. In my free time (which is a lot when you're a GC in Southwestern Idaho, at least it has been this year), I have recently been researching a very profitable and realistic business opportunity dealing with another aspect in the spectrum of real estate. I have formulated a conclusive, and concise business plan detailing growth for a 3 year period. I have the time, the drive, and the desire to see this project go through. I have tried to enlist the help of some of my good friends to no avail... alas, it seems like all of my friends my age are completely stupid and incapable to really work for something. I am here seeking a working/financial partnership. I am seeking this partnership with only VERY serious inquiries. I am a serial fact-collector and my time is too valuable to be wasted by scammers/liars. I will want credentials, formal contact (RFP, etc.) and business guarantys before any actual contract will be formed. I will provide the same. Let me stress again. SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY. Please PM me for further correspondence.

PS- Don't think I am being pointlessly rude or impolite. I mean neither. I just have dealt with too many scam artists in my short time as a young business owner. There is a REAL opportunity here, and I am more than ready to take the first big steps and really start to build a rewarding business. Thanks, and I hope to be speaking with some of you very soon.

LOL. Thank you for the warm welcome. Lots of people mistake my bluntness with rudeness. I've had too many liars and scammers in my life to sugar coat everything. I'm sure you know. Regardless, cheers my friend!
