Hello-

I've been a member on these forums for some time now, and have seen many great (and not so great) businesses rise and fall.

For the past year or so, I've been been part of a project involving a staffing and immigration support agency in Florida. In the midst of providing management and transition-consulting, I came across the opportunity to offer many other young entrepreneur a chance at starting their own business with very little capital.

We all know about that great Catch-22 -- You have to have money to make money. Well, it has been a great personal quest of mine to find ways around that stereotype. Personally, I began focusing on amassing knowledge and connections, and started a consulting firm. Through the firm, I have been able to help many people in their pursuit of success. I have looked into many startups, business concepts, and get-rich-quick schemes. Well, of all of them, the Staffing Agency business concept is one of the few that provide a high return on a minimum investment. All that is required is a degree of professionalism, a little coaching, and getting to know the right people.

The staffing client that I previously mentioned has been in the industry for approx. 3 years. They have seen a tremendous ROI- The president of the company actually started the venture while he was on the road as a truck driver. Now, (as I can personally attest) he drives a number of nice cars including a Mercedes GL450, has a number of properties, and travels abroad at least 7-10 times per year. Of course I wanted to know: How did he do it? His answer: Going for what you want, Lots of Perseverance, and Being okay with making mistakes.

He and his management staff are currently in the midst of expanding to other areas of the international market. The staffing agency has been flipped and prepped for sale. In my quest to find yet another startup, I have talked to him about teaching others what it takes to get into the staffing industry. Since he no longer has to worry about competitors in that realm, he has agreed to my offer.

Personally, I have put in a bid to manage the overseas recruitment portion of the business. I am looking for entrepreneurs interested in undertaking the state-side staffing requirements. Overall, the general concept runs like this: There are thousands of individuals that apply for jobs in the United States... I need partners in the U.S. that are able to locate businesses that need seasonal and temporary workers throughout the country. My company sends the workers to anyone that can provide the clientelle.

I know that parts of this will sound just like every other business ad, get-rich-quick scheme, or even scam. I assure you, however- I am completely serious about this venture, and can attest to the success of businesses such as these. As I mentioned in the beginning- I want to provide fellow entrepreneurs with a venture that will provide a great return on a minimal investment. I won't be charging any money to get started with this venture- any money involved will be strictly for those wishing personalized coaching and support. Simply put- I give you the tools to get started, and the rest is up to you.
