Spiderman, Batman, Transformers..what do they all have in common?

They are all intellectual properties that have made billions together.
Spiderman was created in the 60s and still lives on today.
Transformers still sell on the toy shelves even after 20 years.

I am creating various intellectual properties and creating an online animated series that will be developed into a movie. I was hoping to find someone to help me obtain the finishing funds and who would like to partner up in this venture.
