Lightbulb New business needs capital for opening Italian restaurant (Cucina Toscana)

Hello. We are looking for capital for opening a one of a kind true Italian restaurant. The only competition that is here, in a Mid Coast Calfornia town, is Olive Garden, which is viewed as a more fast food italian food chain with, and we have a very experienced italian cook in specific Tuscany meals. I think this will be a very successfull idea and what we have in plan is the starting of opening a small- cozy restaurant. Sales will be high, there are not enough places like this in this area, so profits will be in our immediate horizon.
I'm looking for investors to be part of our funding plans for the restaurant (equal partners). The amount we are thinking is under 500k (we will be renting out the location first). Also we are interested in a posibility of a loan, as well. Please contact me about the plans. Serious parties only please.

Thank you very much. Grazie tanto.

This is only the starting idea we are trying to implement into a business plan. It is not developed yet, but the estimated funding needed is less than $350 K and we are looking to see if first we can find an investor that is interested in participating from the begining in becoming on eof the partners to start this business ideea (I am new to this forum and I am not sure if before posting we need to have that ready). Thank you.
