I am a US Citizen living abroad needing a business partner back home. I have a company set up and running great. The problem is I need to open a US bank account but cannot from abroad. I tried opening a HSBC online account but because the business is new I do not have $5000 to open an account with. I am too busy to fly back to the US to get this done and it would cost me over $2000 for plane tickets and hotel.

I currently am puling in about $2500+ per month. This has been steadily growing now for the last 3 months. The first month I pulled in only $700 and the second month I pulled in $1900 and last month I pulled in $3018. Because I am a foreigner I am getting taxed like crazy where I live. So I am trying to cut out the tax.

I clsed my US account before I left because I thought it was pointless. I had already opened my business over here and my bank account. All together it cost me over $15,000 with legal fees and everything else. It was my life savings. I plan to live over here the rest of my life so I needed I business permit. But now taxes are killing me.

You will not have to worry about taxes as you will be acting as my payment service provider and can only get taxed on profit and not the whole payment. Another words if I recieve a $2000 and you get $200 you only have to file $200 on your taxes and not the whole $2000. Like any other payment service.

I will be offering 10% of all earnings to the right partner. I really need someone who can get on board with me asap as I have clients waiting for me. I have put a hold on all big accounts until I can get this sorted.

By the way this is not me selling goods or valuables. It is 2 sites that I offer services on. I have never had one customer complaint. More details and the name of my business will given out to the right partner.

One of the services that I provide is I buy and resell top domains. As of now I have over $50K plus of top domains. But trying to get buyers to western union me the money is a headache and has halted sales. I want to put a few up this month for sale but I have no way of accepting payment except for western union. Anything else I get raped on taxex. I will show proof of ownership to a partner as well.


So if you would like to start earning 10% of my profit let me know as soon as poosible.

Aww, he's only thinking of his business partner (the perfect stranger)! Wait, you understand that by giving away some money doesn't change the fact that you'll still be required to pay taxes on the rest of your profit, right? And, in fact, if you were to end up showing no profit, after several years the IRS could recognize your business as a hobby, not a business, and leverage some hefty fines on you. You get that, right?
