The capital needed is only $ 100.000,- for establishing a Recording Company with Digital Media Distribution (DMD). The funds will be used to set up the company (legal etc), finance initial business activities, and provide working capital during first two years of operation.

Strategy
In the first year, this company will be focusing in singles CD, so in total there will be 12 singles CD released. But this company main income will be from the DMD's not from the CD sales. Why? like in many asian countries, Indonesian love mobile phones. But it's not the ring tones that sales here, the Ring Back Tone does! Crazy but that's the truth.
For each RBT subscribed the company get roughly $0.3
and from each single can generate 50.000 - 200.000 subscriber in a cellular operator per year.
A big hit can generate more than 2 million subscriber in a cellular operator per year.
There are 3 major cell-op company in Indonesia, with 12 singles per year? you can do the math!
Second year, company will continue releasing singles CD for the new talents and start album productions for the talents who made a hit in the first year. Then the company will start doing business as a recording company should be, plus with an income generating DMD division.
