I'm looking for someone that's very experienced with Ruby on Rails and E-Commerce. It will be great if you have internet marketing experience as well. I prefer someone local from the Bay Area in Nor-Cal so we can meet face-to-face.

I can't explain the idea here because it's a very good idea and my partner and I have been working on it for the past year. We know the idea will work and it will possibly be the next Ebay.
