Well, you said you're in high school, so i can understand where you're coming from. So, I'm not really concerned about your language, grammar, typos, etc., because I do the same and i am a senior in college and have many years of business experience, and because to me you have actually presented yourself good. You didn't come out, making yourself look like you're someone big, etc.
About your product idea, I think it's best to make sure you write your idea completely down. And if you can, get some drawings designed about your idea, showing how it works, if possible. You can get someone to design it for you for less I am sure.
I don't believe it's a good thing to come on these forums, looking for a partner, etc., because most of us here may have different intention when coming to your product idea, than what you actually expected.
I would suggest that; after you have completely written how your product idea works, and have compiled your detailed designs, then check out this web site;
www.nsf.gov/funding, its the National Science Foundation, by the U.S. government and they provide funding (grants) for technical innovations, and by the way you've explained your idea, I think it perfectly fits well with the NSF funding mission.
You can check out from their web site how to submit your proposal. Before you submit your proposal to NSF for funding, check to see if there is
SCORE in your area, if there is a chapter, which i am sure there; contact them and make an appointment with one of them, and they will review your proposal for free, to make sure it looks professional, and make suggestions if needed before you submit your proposal. They can even help you write it and then submit it to NSF for funding.
We have 4 patent pending and are in the process of filing 4 more before the end of the year. So, i know how it is to have many ideas and not sure what to do, but we have gone through the process of the patent application and the actual product development, distribution, and marketing.
I hope this little info helps, if you have any further questions, PM me, and I will be gladly answer any questions that you may have. Good luck.
