Who is distributing the product?

How are you receiving payment for the product?

Are you giving up equity in the company for the investment? If you take the money in exchange for equity, have you registered this company and are in a position to issue shares? Who is the lawyer that is taking care of the incorporation?

If you can answer those questions I will invest the amount your requesting for a 50% equity share in the company and in addition will redesign and develop the website for free. No repayment of the invested funds just the equity share and for you to manage the company after me and my team have rebranded the company.

Your just a middle man and by the time it get's to the consumer it's gonna cost in excess £2. i could do this myself and get the costs much lower.

thats exactly the point. We could spend 2 hours finding the contacts, eliminate all the middleman you sound like your going through (ie - buying from a guy who buys from a shop who buys it from another guy who got it from the REAL wholesaler for example )

But you say you have sales lines up, if this is a fair number and you post it here alot more will be interested (assuming its a thousand or so units)

I heard this drink has something in it that numbs your throat......so the kids can feel like its really cocaine

i have heard some other energy drinks cause numbness might be a side effect of to much caffeine and some of the b vitamins in them cause increased heart rate. i wouldnt drink the stuff
