im not selling hundreds :S
yeh there is a middle man, and if i decide to go to the factory they don't bother with shipping to the UK, this guy will buy them in stores, im working on ways to try and get them to ship to the UK, but i think ill need to convince them about the Success its had in the uk first.

True, good point.
There is a franchised shoe store in my area whose franchise agreement kept it from selling shoes online. The store ignored this provision, and sold them anyway, building a business that was raking in sales of tens of thousands of dollars a month. Funny thing, the franchiser modified the agreement to officially allow online selling.
So I think you're taking the right approach here. Definitely.

cheers, i can see this beign huge, i have loads of people signed up for the newsletter and added me on myspace :P
btw... im not asking for 400GBP off you guys, im just asking for any investment over 60USD basically, which will enable me to buy a wholecase of 24 cans and sell them on for a bigger profit.

what you mean, profit sharing?
hmm i would probs do that but what im doing with the other guy is
hes giving me £400 over a period of time, then ill start paying him back over a period of time,
we have worked out he will get £1200 back for investing £400

i think the best approach would be to say how much money you want per each % of equity, eg. $10 = 1% and than state how much you want to give away. Thats if you want to give equity away or are you asking for a loan?

hes looking for money to buy stock, and last time i checked you cant sell goods if you dont have them. It is still in the early stages of retail in america as its only available in a few stores. |

i know of it now i looked into it. yes its only available in a few citys atm, new york and some others, i guess they havent had the chance to mass produce yet or they doing it as a tatic to build up interest.

No, equity is not profit-sharing. Equity is when the investor actually receives ownership of a portion of the company in return for his or her investment.
