Need a lender for Real Estate

Hey guys,

This is my first post, so I hope I'm putting this in the right section . . .

I'm looking for mortgage lenders (or any lenders) that are investor friendly and will give loans for multi-unit properties. I'm a real estate investor in San Antonio , Texas and the real estate market here is still on the rise. I will be purchasing my first multi-family unit within the next few months and I need to find a lender with good rates. Many traditional lenders I've contacted use my income as approval criteria. However, this have been my full-time job for only a few months, so I don't have W2's to prove my income. I will need a lender that will look at the property's income as the main factor in the loan approval.

Anyone have any suggestions or ideas?

Thanks

W2s

Absolutely manditory for a multifamily loan...unless you are wanting a (excuse my lingo) shitty hard money loan. I know, I work at a commercial and multifamily lending co. We'd be happy to help and have done many deals in texas, but required docs are required docs...theres just no way around it. email me if interested emccauley@arates.com
