Need 50 investors of $1000.00 each.....
I need 50 investors to front $1000.00 each for a period of one year. To be rewarded with a 25% return on their money at the end of the term, or hold shares in the company which ever is more desireable to the orginator.
1.These funds will be used to procure a larger loan from an established institution, via the SBA or an equivilent securer.
2.These monies will be held in an interest bearing escrow account established specifically for this purpose. The funds will be readily available to the account manager (me or a 3rd party if necessary) and refunded to the original provider immediatley upon request of same, no questions asked, no interest accrued or rewards granted if loan has not matured.
3. There is very little assumed risk on the lenders part other than believing that I the requester of these funds is a legitimate and honest individual whom seeks to get his business up and rolling.
4. If at the end of the year the business has not been started then all monies will be refunded to the originator with their share of interest that has accrued during that timeframe.
5. The year will begin once the entire amount has been established in the account so as to substantiate to the lending institution that in fact the funds in that amount exist.
The prospective business is a Marine repair facility on the Gulf Coast of Florida, that caters to everyone and anyone, with the target market being high-end offshore racing/poker run type boats. I am a certified technician, versed in all the major brands of marine engines and drive systems. I have many affiliations in the high performance market that will refer business to me. I am honest, sincere and well regarded in this industry. Your investment is safe, I will not violate your trust.
