Money making industry. Investors wanted!

I am a 19 year old college student. Ever since I was 13, I have had the spirit of an entrepreneur. I am highly familiar with the fashion industry, specifically a style of clothing referred to as "streetwear". It is the most popular style amongst the biggest spending demographic in the United States, teenagers.

My goal is to create a full line of streetwear clothing from t-shirts and hats, to jackets and jeans. I already have it in with overseas producers and in-state companies. I have researched this topic highly, from interviewing the founders of other successful streetwear companies to speaking with boutique and store managers.

I have the inventiveness, creativity, and resourcefulness to produce a strong line of clothing. The only issue is money. I am looking for an investor for my company. I am open to all possibilities.

*note to self, need to save this message somewhere so I don't have to retype it all*

A message like this is posted every-day on this forum. Try to distinguish your post from the others by demonstrating your preparedness and professionalism. Everyone comes and tells us what great ideas they have and how they have all the qualities of a great entrepreneur. But most of the people you are targeting here are experienced businessmen and want a bit more then this.

1) Have a business plan? If so post a link to or let the post readers know you have it and are willing to share it.
2) Where are you located? Personally I wouldn't consider investing in someone I couldn't meet face to face.
3) Whats your degree in college in?
4) How much money do you think you need (part of the business plan)

Good luck in your search.

Thank you PsiPro. That was very helpful.
Here is a list of responses to your points.

1. I do have a business plan. I have a short-run plan for this year and a long run business plan as well. It is, however, a rough draft that cannot be completed until I have found an investor(s) because of lack of capital projection. Because I have not posted more than ten posts, I cannot post links. However, I do have the plans, so a simple email would do.

2. I am located in San Jose, California.

3. I am currently working on a BS degree in Management Information Systems at San Jose State University. I then plan to attend Santa Clara University for law school.

4. As far as money is concerned, my plans are flexible with any amount of money I can obtain. However, I do believe that a $10,000 initial investment will more than suffice. If more is invested/partnered, there can be more opportunity for higher quality and quantity. As the likewise effect would happen for a lesser investment.
