There are websites and then, there are websites. Do you want a single page to promote a single item, a multipage site with all sorts of ins and outs, a blog type site, a shopping cart type to sell multiple goods. a gamers site?

You will not get much response if you do not detail just what you are looking for, rather than "a website". I can give you "a website" for 2 bucks a month - Affiliate Hoster - Your own site for a low as $2.00 per month

It's for a used car site that will allow people to list not only cars but wheels, accessories, etc. There will be a one time fee when posting a car for sale.

You can get almost anything done online for the cheapest prices at rentacoder.com - I have had some jobs done for just $10 that would have otherwise cost me much more. You simply outline the job and people quote on the job from all over the world - you check out their references and choose the web designer you want. There are heaps of talented students and designers out there overseas who are willing to do jobs like these for far cheaper than the regular guys.
