Looking to expand and looking for investors or grants.

The business is called Table Runners Entertainment. What we do is host poker events in different venues in Pa. We focus on a slow night at a bar or a few slow nights and host good quality, organized poker games.

I have been in the business for about 2 years now. I first purchased the business in 2007. My initial plans were to keep the business local and work my way through college with the profits from the business. In the past few months i threw some numbers together and came up with a lot of ideas and I would not like to expand this out and make this my full time career.

When I first bought the business it was very low in profit and bars. Since purchase I have expanded to 8 venues in PA and quadrupled profits. I also hired on a few employees to work for me since business has gotten so big. When I first started the business we were getting any where between 20-30 players at a game and now we are getting anywhere from 50-75 a game. We just hosted an event a few weeks ago a local restaraunt and had a total of 132 players.

We are looking to expand into different cities right now and possible franchise out.

If anyone is looking to help out and invest into a very good business please let me know.
If anyone has any information on grants from the state of PA or from the government please let me know as well.
    Thanks

You have to check on the gambling laws in each state. Some prohibit that type of gambling.

Right now I am looking for only $10,000. This will buy enough equipment to move into 3 more cities and also improve equipment in the current city we host in.

If no money is involved, how do you get paid?

Never said there was no money involved at all. The players don't put up money to play which would make it illegal. We go by all laws of the LCB and also the State Police. Everything is 100% legal. As far as how we get paid... The bars pay us for bringing people into their bar on a slow night. It's just like a DJ or Karaoke.
