Looking for Webdesigner Partner

Hi I am looking for a partner that is willing to do some web design work in exchange for a share of profits. There may also be some light coding.

I have a network of payday loan, auto loan and credit card lead gen sites that need some minor design work.

If you're interested and ready...I am too. The sites already rank ok on Google, but they could be better.

Your sites are very annoying, they create pop ups when I close the page.

I am A/B testing to see if it improves conversions...That will probably be removed once a find a partner

No offense but the sites are rather shite, ones based of a template, the other is also boring. The pop ups will make sure nobody will ever come back to your website. If I was you I would get rid of them before asking for a partner of any sort...

Ok while you're critique is duly noted...I am not requesting your advice-I am looking for a partner. Furthermore I've been in internet marketing for far too long to listen to you. No offense buy your advice means little to me.

Well I was saying your not going to get a partner if you offer pop ups... Ok you will get the few customers through the door, but I will never return to your site because of it. Even though I know your link and you might have experience.

I am a web designer, and Im studying computing for a levels, had an A for AS, I code too. I would have thought about helping you... its pointless if you dont want advice. If I cant talk to a partner about the facts... and the fact is your website is rather terrible. Then what hope have I got of working with you...

Ok all options are on the table...what does a pop up have to do with a partner? Perhaps you read my post above wrong...I am doing A/B testing which means the pop up on the page is there for testing purposes. I am ok with you not wanting to partner with me...surely there are other designers and developers interested in making $$$. FYI...Unless Google Anaytics is lying to me we get many return visitors.

Ok say I wanted to become a partner, I would spend my time also promoting the website to create the most I could. I would maybe put it on my design site... This will then send visitors for example. Those visitors go to your site and see a stupid pop up that doesnt really allow you to leave the site without making you read. They then go back onto my site and then see my domain. Therefore I am sending people to a site what operates one of my most hated things on the whole web.

Ok I might have had a $1 out of it. But if that same person was going to buy a £2k website of me... I have lost tons of money if they just think that I am connected to the website.

None of my family would buy from designers with pop ups or pop downs. One of whom is ranked in the top 10 webmasters.

It is just a way for you to take money from your customers with out giving a shit about them.

Not exactly...In this business conversions are what matters. I agree I am not a big fan of popups either...I am a huge fan of conversions however. This is a "pop-up" in the traditional sense...It is designed as a last ditch effort to convert the lead. As I said before it is only there for testing purposes. It may or may not stay on the site.
