Looking for talented partners

Heya!
I'm completely fed up working for my boss. I'm a senior Java developer, and seeking ways to quit.
It is hard to develop a startup alone, so at first I need partners. I don't offer any ready-to-implement ideas at the moment. For now I just need to find people, smart people, who's ready to start something new and also need partners.
I'm focused on web-projects, because I'm a specialist in this area.
If you have experience in this also, if you have your own web-projects or had in the past, then let's talk and think what we can do together.

P.S. (to those, who don't have any experience in online biz): I know, many of you want to start, but I really need professionals, not beginners, sorry guys.

Hmm...be careful when you say professionals are those who can design web pages. Look at myspace.com, Craigslist.com, etc. They're far from nice looking, and I'm sure 75% of web desingers could do better, yet these are the top two sites on the internet.

Furthermore, many entrepreneurs can't web design. Cameron Johnson comes to mind. He was a millionare at age 16, owned some of the most achieved web sites on the net, and he had all his sites designed by an outside party.

Sometimes funding, ideas/concepts, management and hard work out perform the talent of designing a web site. And afterall, there are many firms who will design you a web site. But not many firms will give you business ideas and the motivation neccessary to succeed.

I fully agree with you. I think I can afford asking a 3rd party for a design, that's not a problem. The main problem nowadays is people, more exactly - partners, who honest, creative and hardworking.

Yeah, I spend some time to read your offer...
And unfortunately I don't agree with you on some points, and the main is that you offer to work not very hard and get millions. This is bullshit.
I'm going to work really god damn hard, because this is the only way to be successful without cheating.

Regards,
Max.

I haven't started my project yet, but have some specs documented, and about to start laying out the database. My goal was to drive about 3 million visitors a month, and have the site driven by paid ads. That would come to about 10,000 USD a month.
