This is just a suggestion, if you have not already done so, you should come up with a detailed business proposal. That will make things much easier. In addition, investors will be much more willing to invest their capital.

How can you give shares when you are not a corporation/llc? You can't give away shares being a sole proprietor or partnership. Investors cannot legally invest in non-corps/llcs.

He isn't going to explain much - why give out his idea to so many people that don't care or may use it for their own benefit? If I was him I'd do the same thing, post something simple and if there happens to be an investor on the board looking to get involved with something, they'll contact him - that way he knows that they are at least SOMEWHAT interested.

It's interesting to me how if he didn't explain much that you're certain it's not already an LLC or at least heading in that direction.

Anyway...I'd be interested to know more about what you're doing - shoot me a PM!

Well he already explained in other posts that his business is not a corporation or an llc (i am refering to the pure five audio one). I though he was talking about that one since no other business is mentioned (except for his email which has a website for a venture, but I'm not sure for what)

Most times you specify what industry your venture will be in so investors, particularly ones with experience in a certain industry, may choose to invest some capital in it.
