Looking for restaurant savvy biz partner in Colorado

Hello all!

I am not interested in starting up a restaurant, but rather a full service bar/hookah bar in the Denver area. With potential units sold in the thousands and a HUGE price markup, this is an aggressively growing market and the time to jump in is right now. I plan on opening at least one other hookah bar in the area within three years.

I am 23. I have all kinds of contacts and business friends, including the owners of a few other bars in Colorado, real estate agents, contractors, and several artists. I bring the idea, the initial business plan, and a severe drive to the table, however, I have limited experience.

I guess the ideal candidate would be either someone with several years of restaurant, bar, or hookah bar management experience, or someone who has just graduated college with a business degree; age is really of no concern to me. I am willing to offer either two 23% shares, or a 48% share in the company. I am looking to open soon and have been contacting investors in the area.

out of total curiousity what part of denver specifically are you looking at for your first location? (lived there for 20yrs).
