Talking Looking for potential partner/partners
I am a starting real estate investor and wanted to know if any body in southern California is in this field. I own a management operations company for small businesses and want to do real estate on the side. I want to start with FLIPS and rentals if the math works out. And eventually some commercial units.. Let me know if you are interested.

What is a management operations company?

Why would you want to start flipping now while prices, especially in southern california, are still much higher than demand will accept. Sales volume is down drastically in areas all around LA. What makes you think now is a good time to start in this business?

I have a partner and he owns three small businesses and my company manages all three of them. employees and all the operation responsibilities. He is out on the field all the time and I run everything. And I wont be investing in cali. the market is way to high and where i live they are still going up. looking to invest in Georgia, Texas, and any where I can find a good investment.
