Hi,
Some of you may know that I run a design/printing studio. Aside from that I would like to use my resources already available with that to venture into a few new projects.
I am looking for someone who is interested in teaming up with me to buy already established sites and flipping them. Basically taking what they have cleaning it up redoing the horrible site design hey will have and either collect on advertising with the site or just turn around and sell it for a good profit because it looks so much cleaner.

I already have the skill and resources to get the sites revamped I am mainly looking for someone who wants to just sit back and collect. Im looking for someone who would like to buy various types of sites ranging from $50-$2000 dollars. I will "flip" them and then after the sale we would split accordingly.

This is something I could easily do alone but I am looking to work on something with someone else just because I like making business relationships and helping others out as well.

sounds like a very good idea you have, two brains are always better than one. I like what you are trying to accomplish and it can very well work and generate a lot of revenue and easily grow into a very profitable business. What are the requirments you are looking for in someone to join you?

I have a server/host that I could put up for hosting the flipped sites during development and during the sales process. (We could work some % of the sales as part of the agreement) Let me know what you are thinking...

What type of websites are you looking to flip? What requirements are you looking for in a potential partner?

what about building new sites and selling them. It can be semi automated, so you could build sites pretty fast and then sell for profit

I may have some interest in this. I have capital, but I also have extensive experience doing online marketing and could help add value to the sites by increasing the traffic.

I have about 150 domains and 80 active sites. I have all the hosting taken care of and accounts with all the major registrars. If you have a business/marketing plan I'd like to see it. I'm not a developer... but I see the value in what you want to do.
