Looking for Parter(s) for already completed website

I am looking for business partners for a website I own.

The website is HomeJotter .com

The purpose of the website is to provide college students with a fast and easy approach to finding an off-campus place to live. We feature properties in over 500 different colleges across the country and are currently working out a deal with Extended Stay to have their 680 properties in 45 different states listed.

We are not looking for someone to invest anything but their time into this company. We want someone who is fully dedicated and believes in the potential of this website as much as we do.

I took at quick look at the site and I like what I see so far. I'm a MD Real Estate agent, and I've had plenty of interaction with sites like yours in the past, but I like how streamlined yours is.
