Hey, I have no problem with your business. More power to you for doing something new. Just call me the devil's advocate. Because you need one. If you're not careful, you can really dig yourself a deep financial hole. I'm definitely not your target market, so like you said, I can't speak for them, but, with my experience and knowledge I see a few areas in your proposal that are a little iffy.
I've thought of many different ideas for companies, written a bunch of business plans, and have taken several of those ideas and plans into action and started some of the businesses. And when I first got into entrpreneurship, the financial forecasts and competitive analysis got me excited much like you. And I now realize that they meant absolutely nothing. They're just numbers on paper. Until you actually sell products, and make a profit, your company is worth $0. It's impossible to determine that you're product will sell, and sell well. There are so many factors, some unpredictable, that can make or break the business and aren't in your hands. I've lost money and have had to close one of my businesses because of this same exaggerated and hopeful attitude.
So I'm just saying, be really careful and focus on some more important areas of consideration. Especially your product, it has to be the best in it's category, or a completely new direction that's never been done before.

That is the advantage that we have is that we are the first to touch this market. There was a similar example of this with chef's clothing. A man that I have read about saw that there was a potential with a clothing market in the Chef Market. Worked up #'s, pulled together money and is now doing $120m worth of revenue a year. And he only sales to Chef's and Catalogs. Complete success with sales going Internationally. We know that we have that similar market but have an advantage because we are selling to Barbers and also anyone and everyone that will like the designs. They are more up-to-date then Sean John with more designs. Even if we just have 500 dealerships across the entire world with sales of 10 units per day, that will be close to $46m per year. This is the new "uniform" for barbers so they will be getting Smocks and Capes for work, and then getting in our Design wear at home. There is over 3000 Barber Shops just in the Dallas Fort Worth area alone. Can we get at least 500 of them to buy in? How about you take 4000 times the # of Big cities that have around the same amount? Take that by the # of small Barber Shops in smaller towns. Plus our Website, conventions, JcPenny's and Hot Topic, Designs Shows, Catalogs and Newpapers.... I have done the math and if you do it, you will find a similar. It actually "Could" exceed our #'s due to the numerous amounts of Distributors. That is the advantage that we have is the # of Barber Shops across the country and overseas. Maybe you are just not looking and that. Remember, if at least an 8th of the Barber Shops across the country sale at least 10 items a day, time it by the profit minus all the expenses, you will come with a number larger then the $400m so that is actually very conservative. So thanks again for the posting. I hope you are seeing the picture that I see. I have done my research to the last detail, just now need the right people involved to get it going faster!

Just wanted to see if anyone that has read this post has a interest into the company? The more investors we come in contact with the better. We have a GREAT return rate and on top of everything, have a remaining equity within the company. Business Plan, Marketing Plan, Financial Projections with detailed SWOT Analysis, Samples, Lawyers set up, and company spec list. So if anyone would like to see this for potential investment then please contact me ASAP. We need to get this moving as people are waiting us!

Personally,
I like investing in companies but little bits at a time I mean $500 a time. But why dont u take that plan of attack instead of looking for one person to put 3 million in. If u consider this the PM in.
