Landshark’s Billiards and Sports Bar, LLC will be a for-profit Limited Liability Company. Founded by, my family and myself. It will be a family business with investors whom will be provided a great return on their money. I see this could easily turn out to be a franchise with-in a few years with locations, in Amarillo, Midland, Abilene, Lubbock, and other Texas cities.
I’m planning to market to consumers whom would be adult’s ages 25 to 54 both males and females which is a large percentage of consumers in Amarillo, Texas. By offering ½ price on pool to major companies in Amarillo, Texas along with passing the word to other league members whom I play pool with on a weekly basis, and advertising. Our sell so food, liquor, and billiards rentals in a family atmosphere will be a plus to those not willing to enter other establishments of this type in town.
Landshark’s will have the only indoor golf simulator in town with more than 30 courses to play. Just bring your foursome, their golf clubs and tee it up while the snow is on the ground. This will be an added plus during the five months of bad whether we get in Amarillo. With the number of golfers in Amarillo, Texas and knowing a great deal of them tee times will be filled all day long.
Not only can I generate substantial profits, but the payment terms are also great: CASH. I can have additional income by selling monthly memberships to those individuals who like playing pool for hours at a time. Also, by playing in and being part of the local and state leagues with Amarillo and Texas. There are currently a couple of major leagues which a plan to franchise and start. Currently there are several teams and leagues played in Amarillo, and I plan on making a good profit off of them. Currently pool table rental rates are $4 to $10 per hour for eight-ball tables. With a mere fifteen pool tables I will produce as much as $200,000 per year in business net profits. Right now the league I play in rents tables for the playoffs in March. This year they are looking at Fast Eddie’s. Most don’t want to use Fast Eddie’s because; they are not members of our league. I would be and would have enough tables to host this annual event along with others.
Landshark’s will also, provide a private room for groups who would like to play pool and relax with out the crowd.
After serving as a general manager for country club’s over the last 25 years and serving in the hospitality industry for over 32 years and making money for other companies I ‘m looking forward in making money for my investors and my household. This business adventure will soon do more than excepted.
The investors would have a buy-out opportunity after the third year in business. They would receive 20% return on their investment over two and a half years and full pay back during the third year.
