Hi all, am new to these forums so apologies as i'm sure this question has been asked a thousand time.
I'm a UK resident that is looking for about £60,000 to £75,000 to start up a coffee shop/restaurant in Cape Town, South Africa.
I'd love to take advantage of the great exchange rate to buy an already established place and jazz it up.
