Looking For Capital

I have a business idea that needs financing. I want to get this going ASAP, been in the works for 8 months now.

Because I am only looking for $5000-$8000 to start the business, and because this idea I would like to keep as my own, only serious people are requested to email jkapust@netzero.com

The business will be high profit in a relitively short time. Additionally any investor who is chosen to participate in this venture will recieve 10% of net proft before self-pay, for 5 years.

The general gist of the business is that it will run in RI at least to start and be an effective and inexpensive way to advertise restaurants. Its goal will be to help small restaurants compete against the big chains, esp in more inpovershed communities, where people jump to the big name restauraunts instead of patronizing their local businesses. It will consist of take one advertising combined with a advertising sharing program.

Numerous restaurats are waiting for our launch.

Let me know,

Justin Kapust

I would get a sba micro loan. Unless its over 100k, I don't recommend investors.

I don't know if i qualify, don't want to spend the money to apply for it if I don't. I have looked into that route, may do it.

I'm in the process of looking for investors, and I've realized most angel investors, or people with money to invest won't even consider investing under 50k because it isn't worth their time. This is the same for Venture Capitalists who have a minimum of 500k-1 million. I would get an sba micro loan, or use acredit card and pay for it yourself. You want ot hold onto all of the ownership you can, and 6k isn't too abd.

I second kelly, and more specifically further recommend getting an sba micro loan. What else could you ask for, an sba micro loan would fit you like a glove.

There is no question in your second post...but is it about getting funding at 15? My answer would be: look for individuals who are intereted in helping, other than that no institutions will probably be interested.

I agree again with Kelly again. But, no one is interested in investing in a minor. Unless you have a rich uncle, it wont happen. That's the reality of the situation.
