I think you have come to the wrong place. Nobody would hand over 500k - 1.5 million from 4 lines of text. You need more info if you think you have any chance, such as; how much they recive back and do they get a legal contract.

1. The income statements, balance sheets and cash flow for the past five years in operation.

2. A brief statement how the new investment will be used and what % of the company is being offered for the relevant capital injection.

3. A brief description of the past 5 years of operation - a simple narrative.

At this time I don't need any names, or audited statements, just an anonymous management representation. I need the general location of the company, state and city would suffice.
