Looking for a Partner or Investor to start a Business in Costa Rica

Hi people, right now I am a Costa Rican Licensed Real Estates Broker surrounded by many opportunities to open new businesses not existing in the Costa Rican market, import new products or buy front beach properties at bargain prices and able to guide foreign people to buy, sell, start a company or acquire a property.

I would like to know if any of you is interested on the expansion of a company, call center, factory, or buy cheap condos, buildings, properties, hotels, restaurants, develop big scale projects, buy to rent or re-sell.
