Looking for a business partner to help run and drive my forum
Basically, I have started a "Girlie Forum" it covers all discussions of School's and Career choices/difficulties to abuse/violence to break ups and grief from lost to shopping and fashion.

I started this forum after finding many dumpy girlie forums and wanted to start a community for girls/ladies of all ages to come in and just chat about girlie things.

I don't need any money from you, just time and effort in helping me drive this project.

Basically the forum development is still in the works. I have a free one up just for now but I am getting a domain for http://thegirlieforum.forum5.com - It's pretty simple and I just want to build a strong community for girls.

Your forum has one member. Sounds as if you haven't put much time into it at all. Start out driving, developing, and promoting your website yourself, and then seek a partner. And if your serious I would invest in a real domain and forum like VBulletin.

The forum doesn't exist now. It looks like a lot more work is needed.
If you do get it going, let me know, as I would possibly be interested in advertising on it.

Is vBulletin the best board builder? I just want to make sure that I have the best without crashing (considering the forum I built as a test had already crashed within a day).

vBulletin is probably the most popular type of forum software, but whether it crashes or not will also depend on your hosting company.

Unless you know how to program php, you will need to hire a programmer to set the vBullettin script up on your host's server.
