Question LancerMall needs Capital

ok, so i finally finished LancerMall.com
How will i make money? Through the affiliate programs of the auction sites.
Right now I have a few developers working on importing gigs from other sites. the next steps are as follow:

1. Find a Partner that can help with Finances of the biz.
2. Form an LLC
3. Find more auction sites to join.
4. add AdSense to the site
5. Market via myspace, craigslist, all the auctions sites we list
6. Market via yahoo, google and other PPCs

so as you can see creating the site and at least 2 importers (program to import the ads) were the first steps. Now I need to start spending money. Anyone interested in joining me?

Advice

Hey,

Most of those objective that need to accomplished are relatively simply. Form the LLC, shouldn't be too difficult. I made the LLC entity for my company myself. Honestly, it all depends on what state in which you live. I live in Missouri where the LLC laws are highly favorable.

As for the PPC advertising, its hard to say what exactly you should do. I know people who are able to do it alone (I am one of them), but if your business is relying upon PPC for its review in and of itself, perhaps you should either hire a professional firm or find a partner who specializes in those areas (I think that's more important than partner to handle the finances in all actuality).

Finally, if you are looking for financing, you are welcome to look at my companies website. I am actually operate a B2B online business financing brokerage. One of the areas which we like to work are harder to fund nonconventional financing requests.

thanks for your input. what i'll do is form an LLC. I've see a site where they do it for $49 plus the state fees. Once that's done i'll work on the LLC's Credit and look at your site.
