I am searching for an investor to help the growth of my company. I started this company just 3 years ago, with only $100 and have tripled sales each year from the previous year. My company specializes in electrified candles and other specialty candles. We are one of three electric candles companies at this level in the U.S. and expect to gain 50% of the market within the next 2 years. Total sales this year are expected $600K. Future plans for new and innovated products are already in the works for '07 with sales dollars expected $1M by 2008. I have a business background from a top university, but is unable to handle all of the complex issues and growing pains of the company including patents and trademarks. The company has recently inc. and is restructuring with help of some business advisors, but cash flow is still needed to further on the business. Looking for a min $50K investment.
