Post Investor(s) required for a Night Club in Dubai (UAE)

Hello,

I am currently living in Pakistan (male, age 32). I have done bachelors in business administration (BBA) and working in the field of management consultancy for the last 13 years.

Back in 2008, I planned to open a Pakistani Bar/Night Club in Dubai Deira, Bur Dubai district during my visit to Dubai in 4th December 2008.

Frankly speaking I already have all the expertise, the team and home work done. I also have a good business model and business plan ready. Not only this, I have some reliable confidential contacts with existing bars (in Bur Dubai, Deira) Bar Managers, Bar Waiters. Therefore, taking-over any existing bar or establishing a new one within a short deadline is not a problem for us.

One thing I can assure that having a Pakistani Bar/Night Club has big exposure in Dubai. However, telling you the truth I do NOT have enough funds to establish this business in Dubai.

Therefore, if there is any body serious in Bar/Night Club business in Dubai and have AED 500,000 to AED 750,000 for this business, ready in hand? Then we can do it together without any delay. I can meet you in Dubai within next few days provided we have something to start..

Everything will be crystal clear; business and profit partnership will be on 50/50 basis. It's a business deal but even then, I will issue bank cheque guarantee (in Dubai after full setup of Bar) to the investor for his peace of mind. In that case, you will be life time partner on 50/50 basis with no loss guarantee of the original amount.

For full business plan please contact with full confidentiality.

Regards
