Investor needed in swiftlet(edible bird nest) farm project in Malaysia

I am from Malaysia, edible bird nest is an expensive tonic produced by swiftlet which only can be found in south east asian. Edible bird nest is very popular by consumer in China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. The price of the raw edible bird nest is US$1100 per kg. I have knowledge to build a swiftlet farm which need a double story building size 6m*24m and a land around 1 acre, but i hv no capital to start this project. This project cost about US$250,000 ,and the return is very high due to high demand in CHINA, HONG KONG, TAIWAN AND MACAU. Please help me to find some investor to partner together with me in this project.
