Arrow Investor for existing product for new market

[We want to introduce an existing product in a luxury brand and style to enter a new market with a very high potential. To produce and promote the product we are searching for an investor. All product concepts are ready at the moment. There is a high profit on the product. The producing cost per product are about euro 0,40 and selling price retail about euro 1,50 and consumer price euro 3,00. We want to sell the product trough many different channels to take profit on both. After the first year we can add more "types" of this product to the gamma. The market we want to enter is Turkey and the management will be 100% Dutch. If you have serious interest please provide us with your name, address, phone number and email so we can provide you with more information. Of course we treat all information 100% confidential as we expect from your side. Please note that the turnover and profit indicates the first year only.

Investment: Euro 125,000 against 30% shares
Turnover: Euro 400,000
Profit: Euro 175,000

I am not an investor but this is what they will want to know:

How did you come up with a turnover of 400,000 for the first year? Have you had sales yet?
Also, how is a luxury product selling for 1.5 euro? I can't think of anything really luxury at that price?
Lastly, retail and consumers are the same thing, do you mean wholesale and consumer/retail price?

Arrow Reply to Will

Hello Will, thanks for posting a reply. The turnover comes trough 50% wholesale and 50% retail. We expect to sell totally 200,000 products in the first year. I will not write the product name in this post here. We did not sell the products yet because we not started yet as you can read we need the investor for producing. The consumer-end price is Euro 3,00. Because the product exists and is proved all around the world we can rely on trustful studies. About the 200,000pc. it is a low volume and we can even sell this volume in our own small area, so it's certainly not to high. I have not written the product is luxury, but the packing will be luxury and the brand also, this to make an extra different to the competitors which have it only as standard packing. Compare our product with a tissue, a normal tissue you can give it an exclusive packing and branding. Is it a luxury product? No. But would you buy the luxury packing or the ordinary packing when the price is the same? Also the product will be throw away after using, so consumers have to buy a new one when they need it agian. Best Regards, Yoroen
