I would like to introduce you to Lonestar Entertainment, LLC. This company is Texas' newest entertainment resource and soon to be the World's Preffered Entertainment Provider.

The Project:

To build a 12,500 seat amphitheatre above and beyond industry expectations. This venue will be world-class with all ammenities available on the market.

The Location:

A PERFECT entertainment deprived community with approximately 250,000 local drawing population with an easy 2.5 million drawing population within a 120 mile radius.

The Plan:

To provide a single investor or group of investors with 400% return on investment in 5 years of operations.

The Projections:

An estimated 15M padding in the bank at the end of fiscal year 5, after repayment. These projections are rough, but they're figured on only recieving ticket sales on 70% of available capacity with 2 live shows per month.

The Plead:

This poor community has nothing better to do than sit around in parking lots on the weekend looking forward to going back to school or work on Monday. It is absolutely urgent that something is done soon. We have been trying to obtain financing via public sector financial institutions for about 2 years now and are ready to dive into the private sector and get this project rolling.

Oh Yeah, The Capital:

We only need $5 Million worth of private investment, the rest will be taken care of by a USDA Guaranteed Loan. I am willing to offer an investor in TEXAS the 500% cash return on that investment plus 100 sets of season passes to the venue for the first 2 year, these will be transferable so that means more $$$ in your pocket. (Total estimated return on investment will be $25,250,000 before the end of the 5th year of operation)
