Internet company in the OC looking for a partner

I'm Steve Wiideman, founder of the startup OC Internet Advertising (http://www.ocinternetadvertising.com). I hold a BS in E-Business Management, worked for IBM for several years, and am now working for eVenue.net as an Internet Services Coordinator (day job).

I've spent the last year building my company (OC Internet Advertising) from the ground up, and am in desperate need of an additional partner.

To date, my partner and I have built the company's initial infrastructure, acquired about 20 or so clients, and are ready to start marketing our small business online reservation suite. We also have an affordable Intranet solution available.

In addition to our Intranet suite and shopping cart technology, this new reservation suite offers an affordable solution to limousine companies, entertainers, disc jockeys, boats, tours, etc.

The company's market leverage includes consolidated and affordable Internet services. Including domain name registration, hosting, web/graphic design, and Internet advertising. We already have our reseller accounts, legal documents/contracts, and resources (people, programming).

Our hang-up is driving new business. A qualified partner will share 25% of the business's net revenues. Myself and my current parnter share 25% each, and the other 25% covers expenses and investments. Our average sale is $1,500 gross/$800 net, with $134/mo in recurring fees (per client).

Please check out our web site and contact me directly if you're interested. My personal page (for reference) is http://www.wiideman.com; business is http://www.ocinternetadvertising.com. I'm not looking for investment capital, just for a fellow entreprenuer ready to put time into the growth of potentially awesome organization.

Thanks for your time and interest.

Thumbs up

Hey Steve, Im definetly interested in helping out. I am currently located on the east coast, Maryland to be exact. I built my moving company from the ground up and I used to be the Vice President of Kids Fitness Inc. DBA Discovery Zone. The company was family owned, thats how I could hold such a prestigious position at such a young age.

As far as your venture goes I can see alot of potential and I would like to get involved. I am looking to move to Los Angeles in the near future as is the final step for my moving company. Please PM me or reply to info@paxwest.com. I look foward to hearing from you.
