I am new to this site . I will give a brief desc about myself.

I am working in a software services company in India . I do real estate buying / selling at my free time . I have invested in real estate and currenlty I am running out of capital for more investments.

If anyone is intereted in looking for investing in Real estate industry in india , Please contact me back .we can work on a Partnership (eveything will be done legally). No need for worry.

I will give just an example of my investment which I did on 2005 feb. I bought a piece of land in Chennai (south India) around 5700sq.ft (rate per sq.ft - 250 RS/- , Ie 65$ ) and sold it in 2008 March (rate per sq.ft - 3100 Rs - ie around 700$) . This is one of the best investment I have done. It cannot happen always (This has happened only bcoz of the recent infrastructure development happened near to that area.)

So if we invest wisely , we can also make profits like this .If anyone interested , please contact me back.
