i need a $50k investment and ill double your return in 6 months.

ok guys heres the scoop.
IM in the automotive aftermarket business.
i deal with performance and style upgrades, things like carbon fiber and FRP composite hoods, doors, aero kits etc..
and i need to find a serious investor,
ive dealt with a few lately that seem to be more talk then action. i had been dealing with a guy for the last 4 months getting things in order etc.. and after paying for contracts out of pocket and having a large amount of product produced hes now backed out.

leaving me with a large amount of product to pay for.

the good news is that its all our products retail atlease 100% profit.
the bad news ins i need atleast $50K to get things on track.

with that said i can return to you $100K within 6 months.
so 6 months total and double your investment.

i do have a business plan profits break down etc.. and i would LOVE to talk to you face to face or on the phone.
Im located in Indianapolis so if you are somewhat close by i would be willing to drive to you.

IM very eager and need to find a solution asap, time is a factor so the sooner the better.

Have you talked to a bank? If what you say is true, they would have no problem giving you a loan and the terms would be MUCH better.

I would suggest get the orders you already have lined up set try and add a few more, so some contracts with a few drift teams or organizations then you will have funding to get the product made.

yeah im actually already to that step, i have some pre orders now, i just dont want to accept money from these companies and build a bad relationship due to the wait involved.

the products have already been produced.
that is the problem im having, they were produced based on a trust that i would pay for them at the end of production.
ive been doing business with the company for about 5 years and have built a good relationship with them.

im confident i have everything in order aside from the investment.
i actually was a main player in a company called seibon international for its first 2 years of business, and now its been 5 years and there a multi million dollar company.
there the leaders within the industry buti know there inner workings and everything everyone they know that put them there.
Im confident i can do it again and do it better.

Do you have any collateral? What's in it for me if your business folds?

BOG,
unfortunatly, i have very little business collateral.
work equipment, tools things of that nature mostly.
a few personal assets such as 2 show vehicles i use to promote our products.
but the product for this order is worth 160k retail or 120k at wholesale costs.
and im more than happy to have contracts legally written and signed that i take responsibilty for the loan and agreed upon percentage to you.
i wouldnt do this if i wasnt confident in it.
i have inquiries on these products daily, and have no fear that i can have this order sold and restocked within 3 months.

thank you for all the good questions!

I have one question... you said you have the products produced yet you are scared of taking orders becuase of the wait? I'm a little confused. If I was to invest in your company do you already have inventory that you could use as collateral? I'm in the automotive industry and may be able to help. Please clarify...

pbeale24, yes still looking. had some interest but no one has come through as of yet.

rogercbryan,
the products are not in my posession.
what had happened was i had them produced on good faith from the manufacturer, because i had an investor with money in hand that gave me the go ahead that everythnig was in order, so i paid for the molds and master copies out of my own pocket. somewhere to the tune of $9,800.
when it came time to finish paying for the order he backed out.
so unfortunatly i dont have the product to put up as collateral, but from my figures, at a wholesale cost they are worth 120k or retail 160k. and can be turned over within 1 quarter. (3 months)
and what i mean as scared to take orders are because they are overseas it would be a 30 -40 day wait before the product would arrive and clear customs etc... and ive tried this before and it doesnt work so smoothly.
people want to know there products are here in the states and they will have them 3-4 days after they pay for there order.
if not they will think there being scammed and it turns into alot of drama.
the word of mouth moves so fast and so far in this business that you have to make sure the customer is ALWAYS right or youll never live it down.

So you have $10K worth of manufactured products with a wholesale value of $120K... may I ask what these products are? This is an extremely high market up... If an investor was to purchase your product outright how would they go about doing so? Please provide more info...
