I am having trouble finding investors for a wind energy project.

I am working on a wind energy development and I am in need of investors. I only need about $175k total so capital investment firms are out of the question since its not enough money. Are there any grants available in US for such kind of projects? In EU, you can get 50-80% of investment costs covered as goverment grant.

While I am sure grants are probably available, they tend to be for the operator themselves to help cover the cost of the turbines. I am developing the project up until that point and then selling it off so the grants wouldnt really apply to me.
