So the business would be catering or Pizza Restaurant?
Could you give me more info.
Furthermore $20,000 paid by one investor, or we can have 4-5 investors.

Say 3 from here, 1 myself. makes $5000 for each.

When it comes to catering, I personally think that a 5-6 way split on cash is a little too much to be realistic. I'm not sure what your profit margins are, but that will seriously degrade the amount of capital that will be available for further expansion.
