Did you write a business plan yet? I've seen a few posts from you about borrowing money for a couple different ventures. Each time I have asked for a business plan and gotten nothing. Please let me know if you are serious or not...

When it comes to catering, I personally think that a 5-6 way split on cash is a little too much to be realistic. I'm not sure what your profit margins are, but that will seriously degrade the amount of capital that will be available for further expansion.
