Firms that help attract investors
I don't know where to put this topic, but maybe some one can redirect me.

My company is going to need a firm that deals with apparel companies and knows a lot about our industry to properly develop a investment prospectus so that we can attract private investors. Any suggestions?

Please help.

1.) write a detailed business plan
2.) meet with a securities attorney

The business plan is key, the majority of the information contained in the offering memorandum/prospectus comes from it.
