And that, my friend, is why you will never make it. I wish for your sake that you would get off the juice, take a step back, and realize that you're not on the playground anymore. You are attempting to enter the business world, and that attitude doesn't fly. Moreover, you never made a legitimate request. A legitimate request would have included a business plan, or at the minimum, sufficient information that would cause an investor to inquire. You did not do that, and you never get a second chance to make that first impression. What I am telling you is simple: If you want ANY chance of becoming successful, lose the ego, brush it off, and learn to take constructive criticism. What he said wasn't constructive criticism, but what I'm telling you, now for the second time, IS. If you can't do that, you'll never have a chance.

First of all, I'm already in the business world and not on the "playground". Been self employed for 12 years. I'm not going to write a 2 page post describing my venture. If someone wants to take a look at it further they can email me their information and we can talk about it and I can send them the business plan. So don't tell me I'll "never make it". I made in with my current business and I'll make it with this one. You say ego, I say pride.

You are essentially borrowing a real estate loan. Don't they look at your balance sheet (i.e. net worth statement)? Are you trying to leverage off of additional capital (i.e. you do have $500k, but for various reason you don't want to touch your own money), or you don't have the $500k (would the banks even make the loan without that kind of net worth)?

He doesn't get it, and his people skills won't help either.

I need someone with the net worth of 500K or higher in order to obtain the back end funding. I don't have that kind of wealth.

Right on pal. That makes 2 of you who've hijacked my thread. Perhaps you should lurk elsewhere. Some place where someone will actually listen to your condescending and arrogant interpretations.
