Extremely Low Risk with High ROI

I'm working on a project to help companies Sell, Market, Advertise and Promote their products and services online and offline. The project is 90% complete (need to add forms and complete website). Project can be completed within 60 days following funding.

Companies have used Sweepstakes for a long time to sell, market, advertise and promote their products and services. Most companies have elected not to use Sweepstakes because of high cost. If a company ran a $60,000 Sweepstake, the cost incur would be $60,000 for the Sweepstake and a minimum of $20,000 for marketing, advertising and promotion. This sweepstake cost can easily exceed $100,000. What if a company could enter its customers into the same $60,000 for a minimum of $600 and only pay for customers that actually entered the sweepstake via their website or offline store. If these companies had this type sweepstake available, I'm sure all of them would be interested strictly for the reduced cost. But my method would also reduce their exposure to liabilities and responsibilities. I've spoken to several companies, AD Agencies and Marketing Agencies who had very positive responses. My target market is any business online or offline that want to sell, market, advertise or promote a product or service or need to increase their website traffic. This project is truly open to the entire Internet audience (legally authorize to purchase product or service).... All companies and all their existing or potential customers.

I'm asking for 1st round investment of $200,000 and 2nd round investment of $300,000. My projections show I probably won't need a 2nd round of investment but I've included it to expedite expansion if necessary. I've invested $50,000+.

I'm looking for serious investor(s) to invest a minimum of $200,000 or a total of $500,000 for an extremely low risk, high rate of Return On Investment (ROI). If you would like additional information, email me at WSpry@WA2Enterprises.com. I have a detail Business Plan which include an executive summary, financial projections, marketing, etc. I also have a voice narrated PowerPoint presentation along with several other supporting documents.

Thanks for taking the time to read my post. I look forward to hearing from each of you.

No such thing as low risk and high ROI. One or the other is not correct. I would venture to say the low risk is not correct. If it was as you say low-risk and high ROI you would have every angel investor and VC knocking your door down to invest.

haha. Atleast he attempts to frame it in a semi serious manner unlike that hotel guy ...Do you have a prospectus or a ppm? If you have no idea what that is you are not ready for investment capital.
