I read an article a few years ago during the Clinton years that the government donates millions upon millions a year in the form of grants; one in particular is called Research Grants. There was a Research Grant awarded to a scientist to who wanted to find out where the ocean gets its scent from. Over a million dollars were spent to find out this "Valuable Information". Is there any website that I can scan through to see all the grants that were awarded in the past and where they went?

I am not an investor, but I can help you promote your artist for a tour in the Washington area. Of course, I will need a sample cd or demo of his single and new album, but if he is good, it will be free advertising for your artist in the Washington area and he will receive a percentage of sells. However, I would prefer a set amount of money for putting on the show.
