I am looking to network and possibly start a small internet business with some graphic and web designers.

this will not be a "million dollar job" and wont make you rich, but hopefully will pull in enough money for you to say you are involved in a "successful" business.

I am mainly looking for graphic designers at first, then later introducing web design.

The way I will overcome other graphic businesses is to offer extremely low prices ($20-30/graphic)

Hey, im interested in this opportunity, are you in the process of making the site? I was thinking abuot making such a site a few weeks ago. www.crotch-candy.au.tt and www.air-assault.au.tt i designed these logos there only cheap crappy ones, i can do a lot better.

If you're starting out as a new designer, I'd highly recommend that you begin by entering design contests on Sitepoint and Namepros.
I've found that it's a great way to build my portfolio and receive honest feedback on my designs.
