Hi. My name is Leo. I have been working for a National Franchise for over a year. I've run several offices for various owners, trained new owners/staff, and worked very closely with the National Franchisor (head office) on several occasions.

I have an opportunity to buy a franchise office for myself. I have a great credit history and professional references, and several owners of the franchises are willing to speak on my behalf regarding my skills and potential. The owner of the entire franchise (which has over 70 offices in more than 40 states if I'm not mistaken) is also willing to speak to anyone regarding my skills in running these offices. I'm looking for $200-$250K to purchase the franchise and start it up. I would prefer to borrow this money via a promissory note payable to the investor in interest-only payments on a monthly/quarterly basis (whichever you prefer), but I am open to any suggestions (this is how some other owners currently operate).
