I will be putting together a great new site that combines info with social networking, and I am positive it will make money.

Not only will this site provide GREAT info, but it will generate constant views because we will update all the time.

All the capital that is needed is 1,000$

It is not very much because it would be very easy to set it professionally up and i have someone who could design the site for nothing, and also make it look very credible.

I am planning on using the branding method like, google, ebay, etc.

Your description above does not provide any information about what the capital would be used for. Saying something as vague as 'I need capital for a site' isn't going to peak anyone's interest.
