I am Jaymar Dumagsa from the Philippines and I represent the interest of my father and his partners to start the operation of a mine with a right capital for the operation. It is a phosrock(phosphate rock) mine and we already have potential buyers.

The financial capital needed for the proposed project is 75,000 US dollars and the investor will be given a 60 percent of total shares.


The ROI is around 18-19 percent per month or maybe higher depending on the transactions that will be made by my father, the project coordinator, including the transaction regarding the contract price of the product which is not less than 62.5 US dollars per metric tons and/or by the fast appreciation of the Philippine currency in which it is the fastest in Asia.The business is also projected to have not less than 62,500 US dollars in revenue per month for its 1000 metric tons per month production for a period of 2 years and 6 months.

The proposed mine site has a 30,000 phosphate rock deposit. And our product has already been analyzed by a quality control laboratory and passed the grade requirement and has been granted a certification. The proposed mine site is situated in a very strategic location that gives us lower expenses in transportation and labor rates. Thus these factors, along with many others, makes our business very viable.

My father is hoping that he could dicuss the matter personaly here in the Philippines with the interested parties and their legal counsel or accountant.

Moreover, for the security of our investors, we will not start the operation until a Purchase Order from our client is at hand. In this case investors do not have to worry that their investment will just freeze in the business process.
And we already have a Business Plan to support our proposal.
