Thumbs up Business Partner Needed - Wholesale Business

I own a 50-seat full-service SE Asian restaurant, Kinta, located in Portland Oregon. One of the menu concepts about my restaurant is that the customer selects the ingredients (vegetables, protein, and type of noodle or rice) that goes into their dish from the menu. The dish is flavored with the respective sauce or soup base. To accomodate this array of choices, our chefs developed an array of sauces and soup base that are versatile enough to go well with a large variety of ingredients.

I am wanting to leverage my existing restaurant business to start a new venture in food manufacturing to sell wholesale sauces and soup base to retail. The product have been tested, as we will only use sauces and soup base of the most popular dishes from the menu.

The ultimate goal is to eventually have the product on the shelves of every major retailer in the market. The opportunities are great.

I already have a solid relationship with a manufacturer and am looking for a marketing/operational partner. I'm looking for someone with solid marketing skills. Someone who's not only good at analyzing the market but can put plan into action and get things done. If you are interested and are in or near the Portland-metro area, send me a message.

If you would like to stop by my restaurant and try out the menu, please do so. I highly suggest trying out the noodle soups.

    Why no response?

    Hey guys,

I posted the same post above to a variety of sites. I have had only one interested response. Quite frankly, I'm surprised at the lack of response. I have the infrastructure in place: an existing business that can develop the products, and a production partner that can mass produce the products. All I need is someone who can assist me with the marketing plan and coordinate the promotion of the products (either directly or via food brokers). It's an opportunity to be part of a startup with good potential for growth. I'm not asking for money, just "sweat equity".

    Why the lack of response?

You know why? Because you actually know what you are talking about, I guarantee you that if your post consisted of.. "guess what I found this awsome product that makes 200% profit, you want in?" you would have plenty of posts.. anyways, maybe you should search a little closer to home
