if it was serious, would you not be getting a proper organisation to help you, rather than posting in a forum to pick a few people? or am i just being pessimistic?

Haha, I had the same thoughts, I kinda imagined this whole thread as an interview.
But, im sure there is more going on behind closed doors in their PMs.

You are just pessimistic. I am 18 years old why would I want to go to a big company for anless it was for a partnership to grow tevlar. I want a partnership between people. Hope this makes sense LOL
